We were awful! Truly bad, I couldn't believe it. Hopefully we'll be fired up when we meet Manu in the league

oh my goddness. arsenal's defeat was truly humbling. hahaha. i was doing both crying and laughing wilfred.

oh good. i was just getting my jersey out. you are too far away anyway. :p;) plus your dad would have been surprised to see arsenal fans washing his car out of nowhere. kih kih kih.

i am glad i missed the match. would have been agonizing watching such defeat. just hearing the summary in the news was enough to make me cringe. this better be a wake up call and not the stick that broke the camel's back.:(

For a MU fan who doesnt know who is Peter Schmeichel, you are pretty spot on on the nonsensical part.

George is right. Both sides were missing key 1st team players.

Although Arsenal did play poorly and ManU were great, I would also say that, although I think our first 11 is better than anyone else's, ManU have the better overall squad.

in know we have another important game next week againts Lyon.i consider fergie's decision as coach instinct.
n like i'v said in my previous post, when fergie put scholes n giggs as reserves,i tend to be worried.n yes.as well as ronaldo.but im sure rooney will work on something without him.

u lost adebayor.thats all.all ur stars are in the game.

n im not sure where did the fletcher came from n give us two goals.he is rarely can be seen in the first squad.

but in the end of the day,i have to admit.we are both great teams.man u played better that night.thats all.beat arsenal in that crucial game with an amazing goal scorers, its like winning the Fa cup already.

For reasons of injury and rest we were missing Clichy, Flamini, Rosicky, Adebayor and Van Persie, all of whom I think would be an automatic 1st team choice usually (with the exception of Van Persie who has been injured a long time and might not get straight back in given Eduardo's scoring run). Their replacements just didn't play as well as the ManU replacements

I should consider Arsenal using their non-stars palyers too in that game then.

To beat an unbeaten team in their 23 domestic league game after were left having to rebuild the fragile morale and facing fans expectations
    i'll say..thats..yeah..good.

Perhaps Liverpool will win when we didnt expect them to.
    Suprising element is their thing.

You have no idea how many shocks (and shockers...) and roller coaster rides we've had ever since Rafa became manager, the most memorable one (to me) being the FA Cup final in 2005.

As they say, we don't do boring finals.
