Minions will play in Thailand Open so I am altering their tournaments schedule projection. And I have added the points they accumulated in Qualification Period for each tournament they competed in blue color. Looking at this, I think minions will play more than just the 12 mandatory tournaments this year. Oooh yeah!! More to win :D:D

You mean SC? If so, then yes. They get their SC points by the combined sum of their 1 / 10 points and the highest opponents (Kamura/Sonoda)' points.

Total points of all opponents divided by 100.
Seems like Minions didn't get any points from defeating Lee/Wang (they hadn't played 10 tournaments by SC).

That looks like a good draw for Minions. If there is any QF you want to face, then that is AstrupRasmusen.

All INA Final/SF is wide open as well. Cant say BerryHar or WahyuAde dont have a chance as well. Its up to them imo

Minions IO draw probability (according to the rank and no upset):

    R1 - Inoue/Kaneko
    R2 - Ranky/Shetty
QF - Astrup/Rasmussen, or my personal preference Ou/Zhang
    SF - Li/Liu or Han/Zhou

As for the other half :
    Ahsan/Hendra vs Endo/Wata and Fajar/Rian vs Kamura/Sonoda in QF

Could all INA final happen again here?

Yes, it is possible. I expect Fajar/Rian to perform greatly since it will be held in Istora. The top 3 INA MD will go far there.

It's fairly possible, with minions getting to the QF for free, basically, and the pairs in the other half having good chances of winning their QF matches...I wouldn't be surprised if we got 3 INA pairs in the SF, although I'd say 2 are more likely, with Ahsan/Hendra and Fajar/Rian being a bit inconsistent. I'm guessing minions are going into this fired up and ready to go, should make it at least to semis, and very likely finals (unless LiLiu are in great form here).
The quick and windy conditions should help them, especially against the JAP pairs

Yeah, I think minions biggest threat in Istora would be Fajar/Rian in great form and their own bad form (Kevin's bad habit or too many unforced errors).

Even their bad form can't stop them from winning. They have really good record in Istora with 22 consecutive wins there.

Of course the last time they were beaten by none other AstrupRasmussen! lol.

and they havent been beaten with 4 tournaments since then include AG team where they almost lost to the Indian pair.

so both they going to face in R2 & QF. and InoueKaneko almost beat them. I would say these 3 have come the closest to beating them in istora.. Its easy but its not easy

I still don't know how they're unbeatable at the asian games last year lol, they were not in good form at all. even fajar/rian who in my opinion was the best pair that time in terms of performance lose to liu/zhang in the group event.

Yeah never know how. They played 6 times in AG and felt like they are going to lose the 5 matches.

The one convincing win was against Li/Liu lol

(Blibli Indonesia Open 2019) Kevin : It is not easy to defend a title

Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo had won many titles, but he admitted that it will not be easy to defend the title he had won in Blibli Indonesia Open last year.

This year Kevin with partner Marcus Fernaldi Gideon are Indonesia's ace in this Super 1000 tournament.

Kevin expressed his hope to defend his title and stand up on the champion podium in this Indonesia's prized tournament.

"My personal target is of course defending my title, but I will just do my best step by step and not try to think too far ahead," said Kevin at Blibli Indonesia Open 2019 Press Conference.

"Indonesia Open has always been one of my favorite tournament. It feels different. There are so many cheers from the supporters, I can hardly hear any sound (of the shuttles being hit)," Kevin said.

Kevin/Marcus won Indonesia Open title in 2018 by defeating JPN pair Inoue/Kaneko with the score 21-13, 21-16. This year, Kevin/Marcus will again face Inoue/Kaneko in Istora, only it will be in Round 1 instead.

"It is never easy to defend a title because there is a lot of pressure too. There isn't much different between this year and last year, every player has pretty much the same chance to win," he said.

During their preparation for over a month, Kevin and Marcus focused their training in tackling their weaknesses. According to Kevin, the duration of a break is not an obstacle. Kevin/Marcus' last match was in Sudirman Cup 2019, held in May.

"The duration of time period without playing any match shouldn't be an obstacle. Before there was a time when we didn't even play any match for a few months and it we had a time when we didn't even play a match for a few months and we had no problem whatsoever, " Kevin concluded.
