I don't think it's a bad habit... I doubt it has any influence on the heigth of your shots. the shots you play against a wall are hardly ever done on a real court. Just make sure you still use the right grips (forehand and backhand) when the shuttles bounces back in a different direction. So it also teaches you to change your grip faster. maybe if you do it for like 5 hours everyday, it will have a bad effect on your play, but if you don't do it too much, it can only help you
Like I said , try some method and it is worth . But like you guys said , cant too long , like 1-4 hours is enough .....
I like hitting against the wall. Really helps your racquet speed and gives you something to do when you're bored. Unfortunately, the banging noise annoys my parents
Me too!!!Ahahhahaha! Sometime I train during night and my family ask me to shut up ahahahaha! Ouh btw , as long as you have the correct method , it will come with a good result . Trust me!!!
Lol, hit the wall at home? you guys have concrete wall at home? Not in USA baby, Well MOST MOST houses are dry wall, Unless you're rich or something. 2nd funny thing that 1 hour of hitting the wall? I can only do around 15 to 20 min. And that wasn't aggressive hitting, Just kind like clearing stuffs and drop in between. Because continuously hitting the wall will make your fore arm? harder. IMO, hitting wall is just strengthen your arm and changing grip technique.
