I heard wall training was actually bad for you. Since you might hit wrongly/bad habits and you dont know where the net is.
I don't think it's a bad habit... I doubt it has any influence on the heigth of your shots. the shots you play against a wall are hardly ever done on a real court.
Just make sure you still use the right grips (forehand and backhand) when the shuttles bounces back in a different direction.
So it also teaches you to change your grip faster.
maybe if you do it for like 5 hours everyday, it will have a bad effect on your play, but if you don't do it too much, it can only help you
