Both are the problems. Economic is not fully performing due to too many bad regulations. PBSI is also a problem because the power is concentrated on a few people, these people who voted for the people who is in charge of PBSI and these people can be influenced by material things

We desperately need WS that is mentally strong, physically fit and agile. We need to have a 2nd solid MD that can challenge Minions. We desperately need to find the 1st XD pair combo to replace Natsir/Towi. We need to make Ginting & Jonatan beat each other for once and hire Hendrawan to solely coach/groom whoever the 1st MS between the two willing to take it all the way. Make Djarum/BliBli CEO the head of PBSI Have a coach clinic event every year throughout all provinces/cities/suburbs to invite, train, certify badminton coaches from any clubs.
