Yes, it doesn't make sense to us but it surely came across his mind zillion times... It's a dream for every player to win major titles (Grand Slams) so that he/she will be remembered in generations... Why we remember Pele, Maradona, Zidane?

And the 2008 OG silver, the only medal Msia won in that edition. He will be remembered every 4 years like Razif/Jailani Sidek, CSK/YKH, Rashid Sidek ...even if/when someone wins the OG gold

    nice phase by itself!

sometime choosing the right words makes the sentence no question to be asked.

    just an illustration:

try taking away the dot and replace by

    ' ....than lin dan'

you will get tsunami, twister, volcano eruption and an earthquake. lol

Awww that's too bad ya, you need some recommendations on prescriptions for sleeping medicine?
You don't wanna develop chronic insomnia through progressive depression :).

Can also prescribe you some celebrex, diclofenac sodium for your pains if need be ya, but best to see a physoclogical doctor if the symptoms persists ya?

I recommend the one LCW sees, he seems very encouraging one ya. ;)

I honestly wish I have the skills to look through a monitor and a wall of text to recognize if a emoticon is natural or not.... amazing ability

No probs mate, the world if full of IF's in hindsights like what 'IF' Lee Chong Wei didn't get injured, didnt that etc....
I think you guys understand the word optimism much more than I can comprehend to :).

I've never rated Chen Jin to be a superb player although his stats suggests otherwise, so no loss there :).
Chen Hong, XXZ were both far better than him :)

No worries my dear poor sob, I have just encountered many of those boleh moleh toleh fans that suffer similar terrifying symptoms as felt by you that I am equipped to diagnose such a traumatizing experience.

No hard feelings aye, try to drink a few cups of warm milk before bed :)
Hope you have nice dreams of LCW holding up the gold AG trophy :)

Would you mind to clarify what you mean by catching up with those players like Ng Wei or Chan Yan Kit?
I agree the world is lucky to have lee chong wei as a stepping stone in front of LD for world domination otherwise world badminton would be in a dire and sad state of affiars .
Too bad Taufik and Gade are old now, otherwise Lee Chong Wei wouldn't have as easy time he's been enjoying participating so many tournaments.

I only prescribe to those who are in need, like such as yourself so I'm afraid I cannot answer the question :).

No matter what, LCW still the best Malaysian badminton player ever. I believe no one debate so much whether Rashid or Misbun or who so ever is the best player back in 90s. Although LCW didn't win those major tournaments, he successfully achieve the greatest sportmanship of Malaysian. He made Malaysian so crazy about badminton, Malaysian become united (everyone sitting in the cafe, restaurant, mamak) to watchi his games regardless what colour of your skins. On top of that, he also indirectly affected the badminton industry in Msia. As i know, the highest badminton coaching fees in Msia is RM250/hour. The sales of badminton racket increase heaps, so many Malaysia own brand rackets raise up though Msia doesn't has any racket factory. Regardless of sport sector, economic sector, political sector, LCW is the greatest Malaysian badminton player ever, and i really honor him.

I believe LCW could be better if Malaysia team produce more MS player, so LCW needn't play so hard on so many small tournaments. Sadly, Malaysia MS only left LCW right now. Hafiz even hardly play competitive tournament. Compare to China, they have Baochun lai, Chen Jin, Chen long, Lin Dan, and etc. So Lin Dan could skip the minor tournaments and avoid the chances of getting injured, and more concentrated on major tournaments.

This is not arguement, nor debates. We all feel sad or disaapointed when we see LCW lost, but we still feel proud of him. He and LD still the best player all time. There are no points to make comparison, you can compare from 0 to infinity, endless topic. If you feel they are good player, keep it in your heart and support them. The reason i started up this threat doesn't mean to make a debatable topic, it just to share some ideas how you looked at the match with the others. Sport is a spirit and attitude. Though LCW lost, himself knows that he did his best and he feels relief.

Haha do you think LCW wrong timing everytime? How about THomas cup (some more play in own yard) and OG 2008? There are the most important tournament in badminton calendar in which LCW and BAm focus on. LCW shd be well-prepared before join these tournament...

And one thing do you get noted: WHy everytime LCW willl lost badly against LD if TXH is coaching LD? this is proving that LCW don`t have a good tactician back behind him

the ag and cwg was just a couple of months ago.

yes, lcw was supposed to be in very good form but it didn't turn out too good for him.

between lcw and ld, lets go back to beginning of 2010,

for lcw, he peaked in january which lasted until may thomas cup10.

whereas for ld his training resume after his slump in form since dec 09 until feb/mar 2010.

so you see, one peaked while the other was really off peak and thanks to lyb!

if not for him we could have see more spectacular matches.lol

then came thomas cup 10 when lcw meet ld, it was a total disaster for lcw.

his form by then has dropped versus a ready ld, not to mention lcw's handling of pressure.

omg, the match didn't even looked like lcw playing at all.

an in-form lcw would have a really hard time beating ld not to say under such circumstances.

this is very clear, one chooses tournament to play the other just play! lol

come next year, it will be different,

players can't choose and play anymore.

lastly, txh is a good coach/tactician there is no doubt about it.

and it doesnt mean with him along, ld will win everytime.

there were losses for ld aslo when txh was present.

So tell me when LD lost to LCW when TXH was present(during match against LCW?) Please prove it...

What I want to say is LCW need a good tactician now, not just about in-form or out-form

wow... why dont u blame LD for every other disaster that happens to this world...

this is a sport not enslavement, LD can play whichever tournament he feels like doing so and so does LCW, i dont see you complaining about him withdrawing from the rest of the tournaments this year

if LCW likes to peak for small tournaments and always choke on big ones it's HIS fault, o maybe LD should train like hell for some GP event... btw not because he wins every SS event he gets into = him being at his peak, it's simply because no one is good or try hard enough to make him play at a higher level

btw everyone wants spectacular matches but i much rather see them in majors than in tournaments most people dont follow with no live/global TV coverage

please stop making a fuss about LCW losing, no matter how hard you want to think so, LD is better than LCW and thats why he's always been the favorite in any encounter... and yes favorites lose sometimes as well

unfortunately for LCW, he has yet to pull any upset at any major tournament

hey, buddy don't make me sound only writing with negative comments on ld.

what i posted was my views/reply on these 2 players for someone else,

if you disagree simply don't read and why even bother to reply.lol

i think my second last point on the new rulings next year makes you uncomfortable,

i really can't blame you on that.

lets see what happens in a couple of months.

In my mind: I would still prefer LM / Fai Kai Xiang / Zhou Ke Jian or perhaps Hendrawan
