Agree with Dr.Evil. LCW is an experimented player, he'll be ready to win and he knows that danger can come from an others player than LD. That's why he play more tournaments than chinese players. He make his training on the court to be ready.

Amongst all the players in the international circuit playing for different countries, LCW is most chum with Taufik, that why you see the hugs. Maybe speaking the same language helps. LD-LCW relationship is not as close but not cold either and their body language recently suggest that they are quite comfortable with each other although you wont see bear LCW giving bear hugs to LD or vice versa. LCW is also quite warm towards Park Sung Hwan. On a historical note, Punch Gunalan went over the net to hug and raise Rudy Hartono after the latter's win over Punch in 1974 AE. Despite the spat between Indonesia and Malaysia in politics or in Badminton, people from the two countries some how are drawn to each other easily. It's like two siblings arguing and making up and arguing further.
