    As far as I get the information from the media, it's half and half - KBA needs performance and LYD himself also wants to play. The Head Coach Kim has said before that LYD's injury is not that of complete rehabilitation. Anyway, now something different should be done for his long future.

    please give me information about my favourite boy LYD. I was watching like hell last two nights for him in action. seems that he is no where! what happen to him and his partner JJS. I heard his name but I am not sure wheather in XD or MD with JSS. they were out either in quarter or semi final. I was so frustrated they were not in the final. please up dated me in All England Open. thank you.:crying:

    In my checks for the Korean press;

    LYD had been treated on his arm so it was just a week to join the training before coming to Birmingham. And because of the fear of the injury he's only performing 70~80% of his full abilities. He says there is no pain yet but seems discouraged for the pains might come back. He's playing while checking his arm in his mind.

    So, that seemed due to the lack of training and fear for the injury. But I think in Swiss, he will do better.

    :)

    If LYD's injury is not 100% recovered..he should pull out from Swiss and go home and rest...
    There is no point to force yourself even you know that you can not play 100%..
    Thats wrong move if he still plays at Swiss Open

    This guy is a superman but injury creeping up. So he better focus on one event. ;)
    the risk is not worth it. Kkk is smarter n slowing down.

    Yes, I agree with you 100%. I guess he seems like doing it from his own passion like Kido.

    Look at his arm.

    KBA should think of his situation, appericate him like a gold for the country. if they want him to compete well they should concerntrate him in only one game which is in mens double, I think that is worth for him to sacrifice for his country. Poor boy!! I am sorry for him, he is so young! young men like is very precious for the country future. SO THINK ABOUT IT......KBA

    He should think of his future career by skipping the swiss open and rest well at home.

    When one says Lee Yong Dae's partner, do you think of Jung Jae Sung or Lee Hyo Jung first? I thought of Jung Jae Sung even though LYD/LHJ were Olympic Champions..

    I think should practice more often to get the skills, prefection of the targets & smashes, most of all the stamina should be the top!. we look at Peter Gade (Denmark) & most of Europe player are in their 30s. They are still strong, the Chinese late 30s. I believe the Korean are getting stonger because of their new young palyers, look at their performance last nite unseeded can beat the top rangking. Hope KBA keep the good work and look after your player well. Good luck!
