Man, this is so not cool!!!

Man i thought my racquet was real, because everything on it looks real. The symbol is identical, and the serial number is engraved.

I have checked in the information of your AT800-OF 5140547 030943SP (date=03 Sep 2004) and your MP100 4511745 270836SP (date=27 Aug 2003) to my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, their serial nos. and date codes are legitimate.

You still need to inspect the physical features of the rackets to ascertain their total legitimacy or authenticity

I keep a second document of Yonex rackets developed in Japan and made in Taiwan/China. In this list, my last item is a Yonex Carbonex 3 with serial no. of 9511096 230153SP. I remember some BFer talk about low-end Yonex racket s developed in Japan and made in Taiwan carry serial nos. 5xxxxxx, 6xxxxxx & 7xxxxxx and those rackets developed in Japan and made in China carry 9xxxxxx.

BTW, What is the model of this Yonex racket and which shop did you buy it from?

    Oh yeh, forgot

Also, my NS 7000 has a little badge symbol near the handle. It is PBSI - SP, and it has a little pic of a shuttle.

Hello leehsim. I think its an ISO30VF. I brouhgt it from a discount retail store in the UK so I presume its real. I just wasn't sure that they manufactured in China.

    thanks

They should be real Yonex rackets made in China as you bought it from discount retail store in the UK.
Fake rackets manufacturer normally target on the latest and more expensive Yonex rackets such as MP99, MP100, AT800-OF, AT800-DE, NS7000, NS8000, etc. for their higher profit margin.

I am considering to buy an AT-700, but am not 100% sure if it is fake or not, although the codes, which are 4862122, 090446TH, seem fine.

Is there a way can know?

    Please verify...

    Hi,

I recently purchased a Yonex Armotec 800OF from sumai03 at Ebay. From what I know, he sells authentic Yonex racquet.

    Here’s the serial number:

    5268373 071244TH

Can somebody please verify if this is an authentic racquet?

    Thank you very much

I have checked in the information of the Yonex Armortec 800-OF 5268373 071244TH (date=07 Dec 2004) to my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate. This is the 1st step to start to judge the full authenticity of a Yonex racket.

You still need to inspect the physical features or photographs thoroughly of the rackets to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity.

The only way is to inspect the physical features or photographs closely of the rackets and compare with its specification carefully to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity.
