agree! go into every super series -> no typhus/or any ill -> improving skills -> and of course try to beat sony to be the first INA MD (i think pbsi always use him as a sony-backup..that's what making his stagnancy)
Simon to be at Taufik's level or BCL's level or Sony's level??..which one is it?? ..he can be a better Simon, sure, but how many more yrs should we give Simon a chance?..are you guys satisfied with Simon reaching a max. potential of BCL??.. Ahh, 4 Heavenly Kings of Badminton. LD, LCW, TH, and PG. When one starts using them as standard, other players will look sooo low.

but personally, and from what i've seen of him and his results, i think he's reached his max potential. - and i said he haven't. You sure wanna see more of 23 years old pro player. Taufik is just an example. As he is Simon's countryman and was said as one the 4 "Current BAdminton Kings".

But okay lah, i'll halt with the semi-reality lashing on Simon. He is definitely calm, cool, collected, cute, good looking and a similar to BCL-SDK-talent..

Simon will be Simon...thats it!! Chris has been in doubt with any INA MS players lately....time will tell..some develop game faster, some are late....How many years we will give to to Gong Wei Jie too? I am sure Gong wont be another LD,,let Gong be Gong and Simon be Simon..

Let Gong be Gong and Simon be Simon.. ..well, IMO, if we let Gong be Gong and Simon be Simon, then i'm afraid we won't see them standing on that grand podium in the near future. At least not when LCW, LD, CJ and other top players are still playing. They could perhaps have a chance after LD & LCW retire, perhaps after the 2012 OG, but then who will be there to compare them with? Also, by that time both Gong and Simon will be 27 yrs old and other younger MS players will be on the rise. Keeping with the topic of Simon, others may give him time & more chance, but IMO he has reached his peak. ..that's what they, or at least coach Mulyo Handoyo (Taufik's coach), used to say..Simon is no longer 16 or 17 y.o., though
Chris..i think it is about time that you involve in talent scout in INA....may be with your involvement, we can find another TH or LCW here.... I believe that Simon has not reached his peak yet..... Even China wont let Lu Yi. Gong, Wen Kai. Zhu Weilun or Qiu Yanbo go either....even BCL still remains ....do you think it is easy to find a talent players these days???
yeah~ simon is the next taufik hidayat.. but i think sony better than simon.. so they're the next taufik hidayat.. ^^
