"If the main concern of pbsi is tokyo 2020, then they should let Fajar/Rian to win the China Open" - What are you trying to say, I don't understand your logic? Fajar/Rian not interested in Tokyo 2020? So they can just play an exhibition match, no need to "put in their best efforts" according to BWF rules?
"If INA has 3 or 4 MD pairs in the top 8, it will be more difficult for other countries like China, Japan or Korea to send 2 MD pairs to Tokyo." - So,? Only two pairs get to go , right? How is that more difficult for the other countries ?
"Kevin / Marcus's victory over Fajar / Rian is a proof that there was no team order in that match." - So, team order for Kevin/Marcus to throw the match to Fajar/Rian is fine if PBSI has pre-selected the latter to qualify for Tokyo2020 in place of another INA pair ? I still fail to understand why Fajar/Rian wouldn't go all out to beat Kevin/Marcus for a place in the final when waiting for them is another INA pair? Nothing to lose, right? Everything to gain, correct? - ranking points, prize money, accolade, pride, internal rivalry, what have you.
I mean, all the more reason for INA vs INA pair to fight it out, no holds barred, no savin of energy and whatnot, knowing waiting in the final is another INA pair, right?
