Don't worry, the website is perfectly legit - I ordered a Voltric 70 from them and it arrived. A few others on this site have also received their orders. I doubt you have been intentionally ripped off. Try using the "contact us" page (here) or send them an email; you might want to try shop@badmintonshoponline.us . Their FAQ page might also offer some advice for what to do if your item doesn't arrive.

Just wait. I had to wait almost 2 months, which is a bit too long but don't worry. I ordered 5 times already and it always arrived and the products are in good condition. You just need to be aware of the shipping time is twice as high as writte or even thrice.
