    1. Get the sales paid first: He will email you straight away if you ask questions.
    2. Once the item is paid: He dont care talking to you anymore, money in the pocket basically
    3. Send the item: with no hurry, as long as you end up getting the item at the end. He wont get into trouble

    I dont see why so many people have issues with this shop. I've ordered several rackets and bags along with shoes and it comes within 2-3 weeks no issues @___@ maybe its because im located in the u.s

    Same here. I've ordered several pairs of shoes and badminton string over the past 3-4 years. I ordered a pair shoes recently before the site went down (February 10th). Wong was prompt with my inquiry about their website being down (last week). My order arrived today (feb 28th) by the way.

    I just received my order today. Originally I wanted the all england limited edition bag, but Mr. Wong said it is no longer in stock. To rectify this, he "upgraded" the bag to the yonex 9624. Not really what I want but I accepted his offer.

    This is my second time ordering from badmintonshoponline. us and overall, I am satisfied. To the people that say Mr. Wong never answers emails after payment, I can't say I have the same experience. (note: I made my payments on Feb 12)

    Unfortunately I did not listen :(.
    I have ordered from him in Oct/Nov (it is really difficult to track that even, because of the loooong discussion before the actual order) and noe, in March I do not have one T-Shirt and one pair of shorts. He owns me these 2 items for which I have paid another shipment fee.
    I got scammed and that is it.
    Funny thing is that I have been in HK and asked him to meet and deliver me the items in person. He replied after 4 days and said that he will see. And I never heard from him again. That was exactly one month ago.
    Emailing him doesn't work.
    Also, expect to place the order, make the payment and after that he will tell you that he doesn't have exactly what you ordered and offer you something else in exchange. This is what that sh*** person does.

    Umm... How long did you guys have to wait until he sent out the items? My friend and I ordered over 500$ worht of stuff from him, and suddenly, he disappeared... we tried emailing him asking when he would send out our items... no answers from him... and its been maybe a week, a week and a half already

    Does he actually tell you whenever he sends the stuff away? cuz we actually already paid for it...

    been 1 month and my order isn't in yet. i've sent him dozens of e-mails and no reply. this shop isn't recommended.

    Talk to paypal and they'll refund your money. That's what happened to me recently. I tried to buy 2 Kason TSF 100 after 30 days I said F* it. And opened a case and got my money back.

    I did not read this thread until after I ordered a pair of shoes from this store. Nearly 2 weeks passed and the status of the order has not changed. I sent a couple of emails asking for the status but do not receive any reply at all.

    I will give it a few more days then open a case with paypal to get a refund. This store is not recommended at all.

    o mannnn. im undecided now. i want to buy from him coz it's the cheapest i can find anywhere.

    but people seem to have trouble with shipping and communication :( i'm happy to pay $23USD to get speed & insured post, but if this guy isn't that responsive, then there's no point, even if he guarantees the stuff is genuine.

    i'm from australia; so can people perhaps post a score out of 10 for recommending this shop? thanks :D
