Coming into the tournament, owing to her poor form and fitness issues and overall bad results except lately, Saina was expected to lose against Sun Yu, then against Eriko Hirose, & lastly against Shixian. But now that she's in the final, everything's changed overnight. There suddenly is loads of pressure on Saina to win the tournament which might lead her to choke up. Also, Carolina Marin is no easy opponent, having disposed off all her previous opponents in straight sets.
