They have not.....as China dominated WD last year.....does not mean that Vita/Lilyana could not beat them....

If we analyze more detail about TH’s performance (from 1999 until now), his average achievement was QF. I don’t analyze about LCW, but surely his achievement was lower than TH. meanwhile LD's average was SF.

one thing also, TH ever reach #1 position (surely receives bye in the first round). LCW being a no 1 (with the helps from BWF) and also as a WR #2 for more than 1 year (WR #2 also receives bye).

    BUT, the questions are :
why they can’t win as many as LD?
why they only can win 2-3 consecutive matches in average?
WHY THEY LOST THEIR #1 STATUS?

CHN's WD pairs don't know everything about Vita/Lilyana (coz they're a new pair), that's why Ina's pair can win in CM 07. after studying V/L style of play, it is easy to handle:D

if a win against compatriot was considered as match fixing, so...

LCW wins against MAS players also as a result of match fixing:)

    Head 2 Head:
    LCW vs WCH 4-1
    LCW vs LTS 1-0
    LCW vs Roslin 2-2
    LCW vs Hafiz 3-2
    LCW vs Ayob 2-0

if LCW wants to avoid the assumption of match fixing, he should let Ayob win in next month AE 08:D

That true vita/lily almost created another upset at Korea this year against weiyili/zhang yawen,But What I mean is Yang Wei/Jie Wen.Vita/natsir always lost easily at their 2 previous meetings against Yang/Zhang.

Times have changed...don't live on past glory, coz LCW is now more mature and becoming a better player. Pointless talking about the past. Let us not argue until the AE coz then we can see who is better.

I do not think so...China is afraid of this pair...as usual on your comments....always look down on other players.....should we say also on Chinese WS which China has not won the first 2 SS this year.....it was shocking...I guess they know how to handle Chinese WS as well....:D:D

I guess the tittle is going to Lin Dan's. As much as I'm a Chong Wei fan, I guess Lin Dan will triump in this tournament. Besides, I bet he definitly has high determination as he haven't won any tittle this year yet. Nevertheless, I will still support Chong Wei. :D

Anyway, what do you guys think about Lee Hyun-Il

LHI the dark horse?  :D

I'm sure the top players are wary of him as LHI has LM's backing, always behind him giving support! ;)

I'm not talking about past glory. what I mean is about the match fixing.
everyone in here always arguing that LD can win over his compatriot coz of the order from LYB. they don't realize that LD is better than any other CHN MS players, except CH (H2H: 5-5).
if they want to make an assumption like that, so it is possible also for me to
    assume the same thing.

No need to argue lar..Just wait for the All England to come then you will know who is the champion..Now don't be so sure Lin Dan is the champion yet,you will be very dissapoint if he lost later.Believe me,i understand this feeling.

INA must win one All England title this year! It is about time! The last INA All England Title was in 2003 [Sigit-Candra]. It is time we get our day in the sun!

Judging from KKK/TBH's performance against a scratch South Korean pair today, I'm doubtful they can defend their AE title.:eek:
