Yes 9200 are in stock now. My guess is that this will be the last white top-end Victor shoe to be sold in Europe. The demand on colours is growing fast and because of this I really can't see Victor Europe sticking with white except in the lower price range. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
If they could somehow get the data on EU buyers ordering under-the-table from Asia, I'm sure they'd see it makes sense. For example, I've already seen two pairs in the DG colour.
I need to wait for the £ to settle a bit now. Luckily I've my 3 rackets, shoes sorted. The top and I have the pink one coming from Ben. I'm ok for stuff until something else shiny comes out.
Has anybody that's used these shoes also used the shb 02? Trying to figure out which has better cushioning. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
been using mine for couple of weeks now, cushioning is great. I'd say better than the S80, 920 or 9100. However I don't feel like they're all that stable, when I push off I can sometimes feel my shoe go out under me. http://www.victorsport.com/files/idc/upload/images/Product/2016/SH-P9200/Shin Baek Choel.jpg If I look at SBC I see the same thing: the side of his foot is really pushin the side of the shoe outwards
Ah. If they aren't that stable then I'll probably just stay away from them. I wish I could find a pair of victor shoes that worked for me as well as the shb 02's do. Oh well Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
Had a few weeks with mine now, and I really like them. Lateral claw (or whatever they're calling it these days - LSS?) was tight for the first session, but the very next time out it was perfect. The heel is very well cushioned, the ankle enclosure is the most secure of any shoe I've used to date, and the sole... haven't slipped once. Would have preferred a slightly lower cut, though, and the colours are still abominable - I'm amazed nobody over here has done a cheeky batch of DG... looking at you, Direct Sports!
A bit strange that the DG's haven't found their way to the UK. Pretty much every german online shop is having them in the meantime (named as "LTD"). Although I like colorful shoes (currently wearing the blue A920s), those are a bit too sweet aka girlish for me. How would you rate the 9200s compared to the 920s in terms of cushioning and width in the forefoot area?
Never tried the 920's, so I can't compare. But they are certainly more square and roomy than the old S80 were.
