Huh? What you mean ah? LD wont say he's sure to win OG gold, he lost 1st round in OG 2004.

Anyway, congrats to Korea, a surprise to me that Korea can win 3-0. Thought it'll be a close one of 3-2 either way.

China's magical herbs can only heal an injury before/during a China internal battle... all injuries suffered when going up against a player from another country will take longer than usual to heal.:p

China should plan on winning the tie as early as possible, so they don't have to go to the last and final match.

It would have been an interesting exhibition match between LCW/WCH vs LHI/SSM in the MD1 match, and we might have seen a MS1 match between KKK vs Lee Yong Dae, and etc.

What makes you think that was an unintelligent decision?

Hmmmm... the fact that they lost is a good enough indicatior.. unless you can honestly say the following:

"Losers are more intelligent than winners"

Just look at the so-called ethical practice got the Malaysians to... "HOME"
then look at the so-called unethical practice got the Koreans to... "Thomas cup final"

    U r pushing it
Does losing and winning has anything to do with intelligence? U mean LD is stupid because he lost to LCW?

If Msia had chosen the other route, they would have had to face Indonesia in QF & 50-50 chance of losing. Msia would never chose to lose match against England (the decision makers will never allow it), hence would not end up 3rd - got to do with nations pride.

So, it was either Indonesia or China.

If Msia uncles werent injured (LWW) or ill (CTF), they could have taken MD1 or KKK partner CTF for MD1. KKK/TBH could have too, if not cos of TBH's nerves (I think it was that).

I would agree with the high-lighted portion. I would not lose intentionally myself in any tournament, but the fact that some people calling the "intentional" losing STRATEGY unethical is then a different issue.

Now... your assumption of LWW/CTF could beat CY/FHF has no basis to it, but only your opinion, so that really is not a good argument at all... or else I could just argue that if LD won his match, then Malaysia would have lost 3-0 to China.

Korean proved their intelligence as well as the M'sian team for not choosing to lose in group stage. We may lose earlier before semi-final when meeting Den...Korea almost suffer a loss..

Chen Yu is more than capable to play as MS3. No reason to send Chen Jin who will not be 100% and risk further injury and ruin his Olympic trip. China lineup for the final will be as usual except Chen Yu as MS3. Even for team Korea, the line up should be as predicted, this is the final, you either go all out or go home empty handed.

How is it unethical, and dirty, when they clearly didn't break any rules in the book? blame the game, not the players.

Dude... even Bill Gates once said that this world is full of unfairness... get used to it, and adapt to it, or it's too bad for you(this part is from me).
