I only ever use 3U ._. Unless they don't come in 3U by default.

Hopefully i'll be releasing my review of this racket next week. It's been great fun testing it and putting it through its paces.

Just read your review. Would you be able to compare it to mxjjs?

In many ways they are similar. There is a different feel though due to the aerodynamic qualities of the Jetspeed compared to a different shape frame on the Meteor. I almost think of the Ahmad as a faster JJS although it's not quite as stiff by a whisker in my opinion.

it's been a while since I tested JJS and sadly I do not have this racket now. But now I have Ahmad signature I'm not too worried.

Thanks for the comparison. I really love my jjs and want to find a replacement. But I'm still worried that the feel of the jetspeed ahmad will be dull compared with the meteor frame

I have handled both the JJS and JSA and I can tell you for sure that the Meteor frame is more lively. No doubt the JSA feels good and solid but it's a different feel from the JJS (more metallic and focused). I have since switched over, but I have had many a great games using the JJS.

I doubt there are any models at the moment that rival the Meteor series in feel and repulsion .

If you were in my position, would you just get another JJS or try out the JSA and why? I know it's subjective but I just want another perspective.

I have both as well. The jjs is still more solid n powerful.
I guess it depends your game. I only play doubles n hence i find the speed of jsa more of an advantage at the slight sacrifice of power. But if i were to play singles, i would pick the jjs over the jsa.

Nice. I guess I'll just buy another JJS. But the JSA is just so aesthetically so pleasing haha. Love the red

The JSA is slightly faster, JJS slightly stiffer hence more power if you can bend it. It depends on your style of play. Mine has evolved so I now tend to favor less stiff racquets, so yeah myself I moved on.

If you're intimately familiar with and tuned to the JJS, I don't see why you shouldn't get it if you can find it in stores still. It's a smashing racquet to have.

It's kinda like gold, red and orange all mashed up in a package. Definitely striking...

So much of good review here. Wonder if anyone here tried before BS LYD to compare it with JSAhmad?

The K9900 has been pushed back to next YEAR... so I used my credit with MBS to get a 3U JS Ahmad. Review shortly.

Hope the K9900 doesn't end up a lemon - it must be the Hard Core tech that's messing it up.

A beast for you, maybe... but you yourself are a beast; I'm not even 13 stone these days.

(Egg/milk/whey protein blend starts this week, though, so who knows;))
